My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, although quite large and comfortable, felt a bit lacking considering the price paid. However, the view of the twinkling lights from the Christmas markets outside was lovely and added a festive touch to my stay. The service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff, although offering more information on nearby restaurants would have been a plus. The location couldn't have been better, just a few meters away from the National Theater train/metro station, making it easy to reach the harbor and the Opera.
